About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Vention. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with finance, marketing, growth, and sales leadership to drive business initiatives and strategy.
- Act as the analytical authority within the sales organization, driving analyses to optimize sales performance and funnel effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure, including performance and productivity metric dashboards, funnel reports, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the Director of Sales Operations through the annual planning cycle with analysis and insights.
- Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives, including design solutions, managing timelines, and partnering on key decisions.
- Organize pipeline generation tactical playbooks and events, such as Demand Generation Days, and drive new initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation and streamline account executive prospecting activities.
Requirements
- Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail with the flexibility to meet changing business priorities.
- A confident, proactive communicator with a track record of identifying opportunities to solve problems and bring solutions.
- A self-starter with a strong motivation to drive results and a deep understanding of sales operations.
- Proven experience in a sales operations role, including 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth environment in sales/revenue operations.
- Strong attention to detail, experience developing processes to remove human error, and proficiency in productivity tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Power BI.
- Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, with the ability to draw meaningful insights and actionable conclusions from large datasets.
- Ability to leverage data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues.
- Outcome-driven approach to developing recommendations and demonstrated ability to develop a story and execution plan to support business goals and objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to various audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a cross-functional environment.
