Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager at OXIO, you will be responsible for managing critical operations, including billing processing and the creation of commercial and pricing proposals, while collaborating closely with our Sales and Finance teams to ensure key processes are created, followed, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities- Lead OXIO's efforts in understanding the local and global Telecom market landscape, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing actionable insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support the Sales Operations team, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Lead prioritization efforts to productize core Sales Operations tasks, such as client orders management, and develop scalable solutions.
- Oversee and continuously improve Sales Operations processes, including billing, financial proposals, and sales documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Continuously evaluate the Sales organization's performance to identify issues, assess potential risks, and work with teams to develop solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across different countries, supporting policies, and lawful intercept requirements.
- Design industry-standard Telecom products at OXIO, aligning with market research and customer needs.
- Develop a scalable Pricing framework based on industry and market research, working closely with Data and Intelligence teams.
- Maintain and create new Pricing tools to enhance the Commercial team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Spreadsheets skills.
- Process-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively document, improve, follow, and enforce new processes involving multiple teams within the organization.
