OXIO is the world's first telecom-as-a-service (TaaS) platform, democratizing telecom and making it accessible for brands and enterprises to own and operate proprietary mobile networks.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing critical operations, including billing processing and commercial proposal creation, while collaborating with Sales and Finance teams to improve key processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead OXIO's efforts in understanding the local and global Telecom market landscape
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights and analytics to support decision-making
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support the Sales Operations team
  • Lead prioritization efforts to productize Sales Operations core tasks
  • Oversee and continuously improve Sales Operations processes, including billing, financial proposals, and sales documentation
  • Continuously evaluate the Sales organization performance to identify issues and work with teams on solutions
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across different countries
  • Design the industry standard for Telecom products at OXIO
  • Develop a scalable Pricing framework based on industry and market research
  • Work with Data and Intelligence teams designing Business Intelligence product's pricing strategy
  • Maintain and create new Pricing tools to help the Commercial team be more efficient

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills
  • Process-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to effectively document, improve, follow and enforce new processes
