Sales Operations Manager

OXIO is the world's first telecom-as-a-service (TaaS) platform, democratizing telecom and making it easily accessible for brands and enterprises to fully own and operate proprietary mobile networks designed to support their own customers' needs.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing critical operations, including billing processing and the creation of commercial and pricing proposals, while collaborating closely with our Sales and Finance teams to ensure key processes are created, followed, and constantly improved upon.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Landscape Expertise: Lead OXIO's efforts in understanding the local and global Telecom market landscape.
- Financial Insights: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights and analytics to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies (e.g. CRM enhancements) to support the Sales Operations team.
- Productization: Lead prioritization efforts to productize some of our Sales Operations core tasks (e.g. our client orders management system).
- Process Oversight: Oversee and continuously improve Sales Operations processes, including but not limited to billing, financial proposals, and sales documentation.
- Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the Sales organization performance in order to identify issues, evaluate potential risks, and work with teams on solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance: all Sales Operations activities must comply with relevant regulations and policies across different countries.
- Industry Standard: Design the industry standard for Telecom products at OXIO.
- Pricing Framework: Develop a scalable Pricing framework based on industry and market research.
- Business Intelligence: Work with our Data and Intelligence teams designing our Business Intelligence product's pricing strategy.
- Pricing Tools: Maintain and create new Pricing tools to help the Commercial team be more efficient.
- Education: Bachelors or Master's degree.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills.
- Process Orientation: Process-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Documentation: Strong ability to effectively document, improve, follow, and enforce new processes that involve many teams within the organization.
