Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Vention. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our go-to-market strategy, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics and reporting infrastructure to provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership and teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to design and implement sales playbooks, processes, and tools to drive sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to sales leadership and teams to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales metrics and dashboards to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales analytics and reporting infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
