Director of Food & Beverage Join the Park Hyatt Toronto team as a Director of Food & Beverage, a pivotal leadership position that oversees the comprehensive management and direction of all food and beverage operations. This role is critical in upholding our commitment to 5-star service excellence and ensuring an unparalleled luxury experience for our guests. **About the Role** The Director of Food and Beverage will lead the team in delivering exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction while optimizing profitability and operational efficiency. This includes: • Leading short and long-term planning and management of Food and Beverage operations, both front and back of the house • Developing, recommending, and managing budgets, marketing plans, and objectives within approved guidelines • Participating in total hotel management as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee • Implementing and maintaining F&B sales/marketing programs to enhance revenue and guest engagement • Overseeing employee development, including hiring, training, empowerment, coaching, counseling, and performance and salary reviews • Directing the implementation of payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget management for food and beverage operations • Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless and efficient guest service • Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality • Implementing procedures to elevate guest and associate satisfaction • Exercising strict quality control for both food and beverage services • Upholding and implementing Park Hyatt standards of service, ensuring adherence to luxury service expectations • Conducting daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards • Maintaining effective communication with Corporate Staff • Coaching and counseling employees to embody and reflect Hyatt's 5-star luxury service standards and procedures **Qualifications** • A Hotel/Hospitality degree is an asset • Must possess high energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a motivational leader • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills • Experience in implementing new F&B concepts **About Park Hyatt Toronto** Park Hyatt Toronto is a sophisticated, approachable luxury hotel located in the heart of Yorkville.
