Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Division Sales Director, the Sales Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a dedicated sales team. This position focuses on steering the team towards achieving strategic sales objectives by informing clients about diverse programs and solutions.Compensation Structure: Base salary ranging from $70-100K plus performance bonuses

  • Monitor sales performance and team productivity
  • Formulate pricing and marketing strategies
