About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Staff Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and recruit and hire staff as needed.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer demands.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
