Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy

Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives.

Product Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs.

Communication and Branding

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build brand awareness and engage with customers.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Operational Management

Oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Performance Metrics

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales and marketing success.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales leadership role.

Skills

Proven track record of success in marketing and sales, with expertise in market analysis, product development, communication, and team leadership.
