Customer Success Representative, Bilingual French

About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our team at Financeit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Partners and Borrowers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing loan payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Manage daily financial transactions related to loan payments.
  • Ensure timely payment processing and reconciliations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Financeit's products and services.
  • Identify areas for enhancing customer experience.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers.
  • Participate in special projects to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to handle payment processing.
  • Effective multitasking and deadline management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive outlook.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts.
