We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Call Center Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be working with customers who require assistance in both French and English, and you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering products and services to our customers to drive sales and business goals
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers to offer guidance and assistance in resolving their accounts
  • Reviewing and mitigating potential fraud losses on customer accounts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both French and English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

Language

This role requires proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
