About the Role: Customer Success Representative (Part-Time)

As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Partners and Borrowers have a seamless and positive experience. You'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing loan payments with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both Partners and Borrowers through various communication channels.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely reconciliations.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Financeit's products and services, providing comprehensive support to our customers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and address customer needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in payment processing or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends, as required.
