The Office Services Assistant plays a crucial role in providing front desk coverage, facilities maintenance, and event coordination for the Montreal office. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive mindset. As a member of the Office Services team, you will be responsible for:

Facilities & Coordination:
  • Handle maintenance requests and ensure all issues are resolved promptly
  • Manage purchasing and restocking of kitchen and office supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and kitchen
  • Coordinate recycling efforts and other projects as needed
Events & Special Projects:
  • Assist with logistics for internal and external events
  • Manage food orders, process invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Support special projects and vendor reviews
Hospitality:
  • Greet visitors professionally and assist with their needs
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and guests
  • Maintain meetings and events calendar
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of office or customer service experience
  • Ability to lift and deliver packages
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism in French and English is essential
