Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Experience Coordinator to join our team at the Boston Consulting Group. As an Office Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Coverage: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain the overall appearance of the office, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating internal and external events, including catering, logistics, and budget management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and guests, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
