In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Beaker to manage lab change requests, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and collaborate with the client to optimize their laboratory workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and implement laboratory change requests within Beaker AP and CP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Beaker related issues.
  • Configure and maintain Beaker system settings for optimal laboratory workflow.
  • Generate reports and data analysis to support laboratory decision-making.
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Beaker features and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Beaker AP and CP.
  • Proven experience in managing laboratory operations and workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and certification in Data Innovations Instrument Manager.
  • Experience integrating laboratory instruments with Beaker.
  • Knowledge of laboratory processes and best practices.
