Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Technology Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cutting-edge RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) and nurse call systems within healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for RTLS and nurse call systems, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to network electronic systems, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Commission front-end workstations and servers, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct onsite validation and testing of systems, verifying functionality and performance against specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience working with RTLS and nurse call systems in healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving system malfunctions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
