Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage patient registration and administrative tasks, including scheduling and payment collection.
- Prepare patients for examinations by ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Utilize clinical skills and protocols to assist in patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate records using our Electronic Medical Record system.
- Ensure clinic areas are stocked and sanitized, promoting a safe and clean atmosphere.
- Participate in the opening and closing procedures of the clinic.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities in specialized medical programs.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Reside in Ontario and possess eligibility to work in Canada.
- 1-2 years of post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
