Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage patient registration and administrative tasks, including scheduling and payment collection.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Utilize clinical skills and protocols to assist in patient care effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records using our Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Ensure clinic areas are stocked and sanitized, promoting a safe and clean atmosphere.
  • Participate in the opening and closing procedures of the clinic.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities in specialized medical programs.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Reside in Ontario and possess eligibility to work in Canada.
  • 1-2 years of post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
