Job Description Summary:

Reporting to the Leader, Application Operations the AppOps Specialist will be a hands-on developer with expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management and API solutions. This role requires strong understanding of API design principles, including versioning, documentation and error handling and understanding of hybrid deployment models including on prem, cloud and hybrid cloud environments along-with familiarity with CIAM security best practices.



You’re great at:


Configuring and managing APIM solutions in hybrid architectures, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between on-premises and cloud components.

  • Configuring and managing API policies for authentication, authorization, rate limiting and traffic management.
  • Optimizing application performance utilizing a strong developer mindset and leveraging application performance data, and comprehensive monitoring / diagnostic tools.
  • Analyzing application trends and API usage patterns, deep dive into the code and identify performance tuning and enhancement opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing automation solutions, reducing manual intervention and streamlining the process for infrastructure and application management (self-healing, auto-scaling, etc.)
  • Designing and instrumenting Enhanced Application insights including observability and trending (health rules, alerts)
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for our applications and systems.
  • Integrating CIAM solutions with Enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and custom applications.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications in cloud technologies and automation tools are a plus
