Greetings,

We are currently seeking a Senior SCM Application Specialist to join our team at Lorven Technologies. This role is a Contract position focused on delivering exceptional solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management.

Position: Senior SCM Application Specialist

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Infor XA / MAPICS (Essential)
  • Experience with DB2 in AS400 environments (Essential)
  • Familiarity with MAPICS data structures within DB2 databases (Essential)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, including modules such as Procurement, Sales, Pricing & Invoicing, and Warehouse & Distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Query and the ability to write structured query language (SQL)
  • Extensive experience in Functional Business Design, with the capability to assess system data flows related to MAPICS operations
  • Basic understanding of Data Modeling and Business Intelligence reporting
  • Preferred experience in source-target field mapping on BI platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in reviewing and enhancing existing business processes, proposing best practices, and driving improvements.
