Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions related to application functionality.
  • Analyze daily performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement system changes to enhance application performance.
  • Work on project assignments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Implement system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Handle back-end production data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Health Care sector experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and Business Intelligence Tools.
  • General knowledge of Java/JEE,.NET Programming, and frameworks.
