We are seeking an experienced Collections Operation Manager for our third-party collection agency to build, manage and lead a team. The incumbent should have a proven track record of experience in third-party collections, compliance, call centers and client support.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the department's day-to-day operations and manage the performance of each client's portfolio.
- Execute account collection and ensure that required monthly goals are met
- Ensure that agents meet and exceed their requested individual and collective monthly goals, while adhering to corporate, industry and collection standards.
- Manage the team such that all collectors comply with all protocols, laws, and regulations to effectively collect payments.
- Create and submit regular reports to management and participate in meetings with management and/or the client to improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma (DES).
- 3-5 years of proven management experience in third party collection operations in Canada (required), having U.S experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (required).
- Knowledge of delinquent installments, revolving loans, and services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Loan and Collections Software & Customer Relation Manager (CRM).

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Exécuter le recouvrement des comptes et s'assurer que les objectifs mensuels requis sont atteints.
- S'assurer que les agents atteignent et dépassent leurs objectifs mensuels individuels et collectifs, tout en respectant les normes de l'entreprise, du secteur et du recouvrement.
- Gérer l'équipe de manière à ce que tous les agents de recouvrement se conforment à tous les protocoles, lois et règlements afin de recouvrer efficacement les paiements.
- Créer et soumettre des rapports réguliers à la direction et participer à des réunions avec la direction et/ou le client pour améliorer les performances.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES).
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience éprouvée en gestion d'opérations de recouvrement par des tiers au Canada (obligatoire), une expérience aux États-Unis est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français (Requis).
- Connaissance des versements en souffrance, des prêts renouvelables et des services.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et Outlook), des logiciels de prêts et de recouvrement et du Customer Relation Manager (CRM).
