The team is responsible for helping to drive sales growth for CTC by working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders (internal, external, cross-functional, across banners) to build and execute promotional marketing strategies that address both business and customer needs.

Join our team and you will help select products, plan omni-channel strategies, and lead customer centric initiatives to continue to grow our promotional readership and drive sales.


  • You will be responsible for the planning & execution of a subset of Inspirational Guides which focus on developing brand stories to spark inspiration and drive awareness. Working crossfunctionally to create themes, select products, manage forecasts, and lead creative elements.
  • Additional responsibilities also include validating content during guide production, managing in season late changes, supply challenges, leading weekly and seasonal postmortems and analyzing sales and competitor information.
  • Work with internal teams on idea generation, scoping, testing, and executing strategies to keep customer data at the centre of our decision making & promotional plans.
  • Responsible for select audit/reporting as well as process improvement and efficiency supporting all promotional vehicles
  • Responsible for creating and execute regional promotional strategies, including test & learn and post mortems
