About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Pristine Promotions. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Trimming: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Preparation: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, and prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
  • Meat Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
  • Meat Sales: Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meat Processing: Grind meats and prepare special orders.
  • Meat Display: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
  • Meat Handling: Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter at Pristine Promotions, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a team environment.
Language
