Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Promote our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
