What you will do (Role responsibilities):
- Proactive cold calling and independent lead generation to acquire new clients
- Manage and close incoming leads through excellent customer service relations
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets (annual & quarterly)
- Recommend, select and locate appropriate services based on specific customer needs
- Provide exceptional service and support during and after the sale
- Work with the development team to assist in selling/implementing various solutions
- Answer questions regarding Kanguru Digital Agency services
- Acquire knowledge of the industry competition and their pricing strategies
- Enter leads & opportunities and track/update prospects
- Set up onsite visits upon client request
Requisite Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing or other relevant field
- Bilingualism (English, French) Oral & Written
- Min. 2 yrs experience in B2B sales
- Min. 1 yr experience in Cold calling
- Proven skill sets in time management, relationshipselling and organization
