Your Role With Us:

As an HR Programs Coordinator, you'll be involved in driving our organizational success

You'll:

Enhance Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless transition into our team.
-
Benefits and Compliance Management: Oversee our comprehensive benefits and RRSP/RPP programs, acting as a liaison between employees and providers, and managing disability cases with care.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate HR documentation and records in line with Alberta Labour Laws and our quality management system, contributing to a safe and compliant workplace.

Digital Transformation: Play a key role in the automation and digitalization of HR processes, including onboarding, recruitment, and benefits.

Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels, acting as a trusted HR point of contact for inquiries and support.
