Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee employee consultation and conflict resolution processes
  2. Delegate tasks to team members concerning workforce management, remuneration, labor relations, and employee engagement
  3. Facilitate the operations of the Human Resources division to align with the strategic objectives of the organization
  4. Design, execute, and assess human resources policies and initiatives
  5. Provide guidance to management and staff regarding the application of HR policies, benefits, and collective bargaining agreements
  6. Develop and implement effective recruitment methodologies
  7. Conduct research and draft job classifications, role descriptions, and compensation frameworks
  8. Manage employee benefits, equity initiatives, and other HR programs
  9. Coordinate performance evaluation and appraisal systems
  10. Oversee training and professional development programs
  11. Recruit, mentor, and manage HR personnel
