Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Support staff consultations and manage grievance processes
  • Oversee HR department activities to align with organizational goals
  • Manage information flow within the HR team
  • Direct daily operations and evaluate performance
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards in HR projects
  • Supervise HR staff and coordinate training initiatives
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events
  • Schedule appointments and manage travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with marketing to convey key messages
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of more than 20 personnel.

Experience Requirements
