- Support staff consultations and manage grievance processes
- Oversee HR department activities to align with organizational goals
- Manage information flow within the HR team
- Direct daily operations and evaluate performance
- Ensure compliance with legal standards in HR projects
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate training initiatives
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events
- Schedule appointments and manage travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with marketing to convey key messages
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions
Responsible for overseeing a team of more than 20 personnel.
Experience RequirementsMinimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
