About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at TAPPTIC INC. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Training and Development

Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and improve overall job performance.

Employee Data Analysis

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.

Employee Support

Respond to employee questions and concerns, and provide guidance and support to resolve issues.

Staff Management

Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team performance and productivity.

Collective Bargaining

Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to ensure fair and equitable working conditions.

Payroll Administration

Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.

Performance Management

Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with company goals.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Language and Hours

Work in English and work 32 hours per week.
