Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the HR department's activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage daily operations and provide direction to the team.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial expenditures.
  • Organize and plan daily operational tasks.
  • Supervise HR staff and other employees.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage schedules.
  • Handle contract management and administration.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and relay messages.
  • Address electronic inquiries efficiently.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
  • Oversee payroll processes and administration.
  • Arrange travel logistics and make necessary reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence and documents.
  • Maintain and manage a digital database effectively.
  • Supervise office staff and volunteers.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Experience Requirements

Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field.
