We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to manage various HR functions within our organization. This role is essential in aligning HR activities with the strategic goals of Wholesale Warehouse Ltd..

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a retail/wholesale establishment or distribution center.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the HR department's activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage daily operations and provide direction to the team.
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial expenditures.
- Organize and plan daily operational tasks.
- Supervise HR staff and other employees.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules.
- Handle contract management and administration.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and relay messages.
- Address electronic inquiries efficiently.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Facilitate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
- Oversee payroll processes and administration.
- Arrange travel logistics and make necessary reservations.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence and documents.
- Maintain and manage a digital database effectively.
- Supervise office staff and volunteers.
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Experience RequirementsExperience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field.
