**What are we looking for ?**

We're looking for a **Bilingual BDR/SDR (FR/EN)** based in Canada.

**Goal**: Make 60 B2B appointments over 10 months at a rate of 1 to 2 working days per week, depending on the period.
- Prospecting will be carried out for _70% in English_ and _30% in French_.

**Job description**

To make your mission **a success**, we provide you with:

- Private access to our CRM (Hubspot) with the list of your contacts to call (company file, contact file, etc.).
- A dedicated Datastudio for you. You'll be able to track your call volumes, connected calls, Discovery meetings and opportunities generated over time.
- Before we start working together for 10 months, we'd like to do _**a test run**_ _that includes 2 full days of intensive training on our tool and method, followed by 5 days of prospecting where you'll have the opportunity to get to know us better._

We'll provide you with a file and you'll be responsible for:

- Contact by phone xx prospects (contacts) in different companies chosen by us to convert them into Discovery Meetings in 5 days you have to take 5 appointments.
- Make a detailed report of the exchange in our CRM
- Record your calls in our CRM
- Record the appointment in the sales rep's diary

**Rate**:
Desired rate: 295 CAD + Commission (295 CAD per opportunity(*) generated)

(*) An opportunity is a Discovery Meeting at the end of which the sales rep has validated that there is an opportunity based on 3 criteria:

- Prospect's interest in the platform in the medium term (3 months)
- Potential budget identified
- Next actions identified to be carried out within a maximum of 3 to 6 months following the Discovery meeting.

Semji's average conversion rate from R1 to opportunity is 75%.

**Missions & Profil recherché**

Semji recherche un **BDR/SDR Bilingue (FR/EN)** basé(e) au Canada

**Objectif**: Prendre 60 rendez-vous B2B sur 10 mois avec un rythme de 1 à 2 jours travaillé par semaine selon les périodes.

La prospection s'effectuera pour _70% des comptes en Anglais _et _30% en Français._

**Missions du poste**

Pour réaliser à bien votre mission, nous mettons à votre disposition:

- 1 fichier de prospection / mois (entreprise/nom/prénom/poste/mail/téléphone 06 et/ou standard) préparé par notre Growth marketer.
- Une campagne de 5 mails (vidéo, cas clients, personnalisation ++) et 3 actions Linkedin (vue / ajout / 2 messages Linkedin) qui seront parties avant ou en simultané de vos appels - à discuter avec vous selon la stratégie envisagée pour chaque campagne
- Un accès privé à notre CRM (Hubspot) avec la liste de vos contacts à appeler (fiche entreprise, fiche contact etc..)
- Un Google Data Studio dédié pour vous. Vous pourrez suivre vos volumes d'appels, vos Connected Call, vos R1 et les opportunités générées dans le temps.

Nous vous fournirons un fichier et vous aurez pour mission de:

- Contacter par téléphone xx prospects (contacts) dans différentes entreprises choisies par nos soins pour les convertir en R1 -> en 5 jours vous devrez prendre 5 rdvs.
- Qualifier les prospects avec qui nous prenons RDV pour que les AE puissent faire la meilleure démo possible de la plateforme (quels sont leurs enjeux SEO ? / Sont-ils outillés ? / Combien de contenus produisent-ils par mois ? / Volume de leurs équipes dédiées à ces sujets )
- Faire un compte rendu détaillé de l'échange dans notre CRM
