Dans ce rôle de remplacement de congé de maternité, le spécialiste du soutien administratif en RH jouera un rôle crucial en soutenant le département des RH en aidant à diverses tâches administratives en RH et en assurant l'intégration en douceur et le soutien continu de nos membres d'équipe. Ce poste d'entrée de gamme combine des responsabilités des rôles de coordonnateur RH et d'administrateur RH. Le candidat sera chargé de fournir un soutien administratif essentiel à l'équipe RH tout en aidant à divers projets et initiatives RH.

Faciliter les aspects administratifs des processus d'intégration et de départ des membres de l'équipe. Gestion des données :
Maintenir des dossiers du personnel précis et à jour dans notre système de gestion des ressources humaines.
Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données liées aux processus RH.
Commander des fournitures de bureau départementales au besoin.
Répondre aux demandes générales de renseignements RH des membres de l'équipe et des gestionnaires, en fournissant un soutien et un suivi.
Gérer l'inventaire des uniformes, y compris le suivi des mouvements et la réalisation d'audits.
Coordonner la réparation ou le remplacement des uniformes endommagés.
Projets RH :
Participer à divers projets RH, y compris les salons de l'emploi, la distribution de communications et d'autres tâches administratives au besoin.
1 an d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle administratif en RH ou un rôle administratif pertinent (atout)
Maîtrise de l'informatique, y compris la maîtrise de MS Office et de la suite Google.
Baccalauréat ou certificat en ressources humaines (un atout).
Aptitude à s'adapter à diverses plateformes en ligne.
Compétences de communication efficaces en anglais et en français.
