Position Summary

The Employee Services Unit operates as a global contact and transaction processing center, addressing general HR inquiries across five key areas: Benefits, Contact Center, Payroll, Staffing Operations, and Talent Management Administration, supporting various regions.

As a member of the Contact Center, the HR Operations Specialist will develop a comprehensive understanding of Itechpost's HR policies and procedures. This role serves as the primary resource for HR-related inquiries from both current and former employees, as well as internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist will assist with a wide range of HR topics, including payroll, time management, benefits, leave policies, compensation, performance evaluation, pension plans, and recruitment. Support channels may include phone, email, chat, and self-service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply HR policies, practices, and technology to provide effective guidance and solutions to customers.
- Conduct routine data entry and case management.
- Process various customer transactions to ensure timely and accurate outcomes (e.g., payroll, benefits, and HR data).
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues using HR technologies and internal resources.
- Document all inquiries and escalate issues to relevant HR departments as necessary.
- Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions and concerns.
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in HR or a similar customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.

Technical Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, results-driven mindset, and exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities are essential.
