Responsibilities: As an HR & Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Human Resources:

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.

Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.

Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Manage incoming mail and coordinate information flow.

Schedule appointments and meetings.

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Establish and maintain filing systems.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.

Record meeting minutes.

Payroll:

Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and deductions.

General Office Support:

Assist in office coordination, including contract maintenance and project management.

Interpret administrative policies and procedures for employees.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
