**Context & Missions**
Semji is looking for several **BDR/SDR Bilingual (FR/EN)** based in Canada (Quebec).
**Goal**: Make 60 B2B appointments
Prospecting will be carried out for 70% of accounts in English and 30% in French.
To make your mission a success, we provide you with
- Private access to **our CRM** (Hubspot) with the list of your contacts to call (company file, contact file, etc.).
- A dedicated **Looker Studio** for you. You'll be able to track your call volumes, connected calls, Discovery meetings and opportunities generated over time.
We'll provide you with a file and you'll be responsible for:
- Contact by phone xx prospects (contacts) in different companies chosen by us to convert them into Discovery Meetings in 5 days you have to take 5 appointments.
- Make a detailed report of the exchange in our CRM
- Record your calls in our CRM
- Record the appointment in the sales rep's diary
**Compensation & fees**
Compensation per appointment**:$300 to $500 per appointment**, depending on the type of customer, to be discussed during the interview.

- 30min interview + mock call with Corentin, Head of International Development

**Contexte & Missions**
Semji recherche plusieurs **BDR/SDR Bilingue (FR/EN)** basé(e) au Canada (Québec)
**Objectif**: Prendre 60 rendez-vous B2B
La prospection s'effectuera pour 70% des comptes en Anglais et 30% en Français.
Pour réaliser à bien votre mission nous mettons à votre disposition:
- **1 fichier de prospection** (entreprise/nom/prénom/poste/mail/téléphone 06 et/ou standard) préparé par notre Growth marketer.
- Une campagne de **5 mails** (vidéo, cas clients, personnalisation ++) et 3 actions linkedin (vue / ajout / 2 messages linkedin) qui seront parties avant ou en simultanée de vos appels, à discuter avec vous selon la stratégie envisagée pour chaque campagne
- Un accès privé à notre CRM (Hubspot) avec **la liste de vos contacts** à appeler (fiche entreprise, fiche contact etc..)
- Un **Looker Studio **dédié pour vous. Vous pourrez suivre vos volumes d'appels, vos connected call, vos R1 et les opportunités générées dans le temps.
Avant de travailler ensemble, nous vous proposons **une formation intensive** sur notre outil et nos méthodes sur une demi-journée.
Nous vous fournirons un fichier et vous aurez comme mission de:
- Contacter par téléphone xx prospects (contacts) dans différentes entreprises choisis par nos soins pour les convertir.
- Qualifier les prospects avec qui nous prenons RDV pour que les AE puissent faire la meilleure démonstration de la plateforme possible (quels sont leurs enjeux SEO/ sont ils outiller/ combien de contenu produisent ils par mois/ volume de leurs équipes dédiées à ces sujets )
- Faire un compte rendu détaillé de l'échange dans notre CRM
- Enregistrer vos calls dans notre CRM
- Prendre le RDV dans l'agenda du commercial
**Rémunération proposé**
Rémunération au RDV : 300$ et 500$ par RDV selon la typologie client, à discuter lors de l'entretien.
