Position:
Bilingual Client Care Representative

Shift:
Monday - Friday, 12pm to 8pm

Salary:
$23/hour

Location:
North York, ON (Remote- Hybrid - infrequent travel to the North York office may be required)

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner in both English and French
  • Ensure all information is accurately entered into the system
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding insurance claims
  • Review customer accounts to ensure the best possible service
  • Strive for First Contact Resolution on all calls
  • Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (reading and writing)
  • 12 years of call center experience is mandatory
  • Strong typing skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and technology
  • Ability to travel to North York location for team events
  • Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
