Context & Responsibilities

Semji is seeking bilingual BDR/SDR professionals (FR/EN) based in Canada (Quebec).

Objective: Secure 60 B2B appointments

Prospecting will target 70% of accounts in English and 30% in French.

To support your mission, we provide:

  • 1 prospecting file (company/individual name/email/phone) prepared by our Growth marketer.
  • A campaign of 5 emails (including videos, customer cases, personalization) and 3 actions (view/add/2 messages) to complement your calls, tailored to each campaign's strategy.
  • Access to our CRM (Hubspot) with your contact list for calls and other necessary details.
  • A dedicated Looker Studio to track your call activity, meetings, and opportunities over time.

We'll provide a task list, and you'll be responsible for:

  • Contacting a specified number of prospects in various companies to schedule Discovery Meetings within a set timeframe.
  • Qualifying prospects to ensure our Account Executives can deliver effective platform demonstrations.
  • Documenting each interaction in our CRM system.
  • Recording calls and appointments accurately.
  • Sending confirmation emails to prospects after appointments.

Compensation & Fees

Compensation per appointment: $300 to $500, to be decided during interviews based on client type.
