As a key member of our Global Demand Generation Team, you are driven, enthusiastic, and innovative in your approach to leveraging content and automation to generate and nurture leads.
In this role you are responsible for developing and implementing the Genetec marketing nurture strategy to progress the sales funnel and uncover new opportunities faster.
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Demand Generation, you work cross-functionally with like-minded Campaign, Product and Industry marketers exposing you to all aspects of B2B technology marketing.
You will focus on building the global nurture framework to accelerate pipeline velocity and will also support the development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns that embrace the entire buyer journey.
You have a strategic mindset and the ability to successfully build , manage, and scale marketing nurture programs for products or industries through implementation of segmented nurture streams and transitions based on buyer's journey and behaviour .
A day in the life of a Transformation Change Manager:Want to get a sense of what you'll be handling on a daily basis? Here's a brief overview of some of your key tasks.
Develop nurture programs which include segmentation and strategic marketing tactics to support a buyer's journey across different stages in the sales funnelPlan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel demand generation programs with a demonstrable impact on revenue (including digital, webinars, virtual and in-person events, ABM, nurtures, email marketing and paid ads)Map and document nurture strategy, automation processes, programs and procedures Measure and monitor sales funnel activity , making recommendations to address gaps including working closely with the SDR teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-upCollaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the sales team and global marketing (including regional, digital, content and product marketing) teams to drive end-to-end program results Evaluate, measure, and report on all marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI (Reverse water fall journey) Original jobs :Automation
