Invoice Administrator

A day in the life:
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer invoices, maintenance of customer files, customer portal data input, issuing credit memos, warranty invoicing, communicating with customers, processing customer payments, ad-hoc duties and general support of the accounts receivable team.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role
- Proven experience with invoicing is considered an asset
- Knowledge of payroll rules and regulations is an asset
- Experience with a current ERP system is an asset
