**The Opportunity**:
Olympic Industries is currently searching for a highly motivated and passionate Invoicing Coordinator to join our growth-oriented team and contribute to the company's success through performing the high-volume invoicing function of the company and providing backup support for reception.

Reporting to the Controller, the Invoicing Coordinator will work both in individual and team capacity to support the operations of the company.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
The Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for the following as well as other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the company:

- Perform the invoicing function of the company and distribute invoices as required.
- Resolve enquiries, including issuing debits & credits to resolve discrepancies and answering invoicing-related questions.
- Assist in the month-end closing procedures through clearing pre-lists and completing order adjustments.
- Complete required customs paperwork.
- Provide other backup support as required, including but not limited to reception support.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- An academic background in Office Administration, Business Management, Forestry, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative experience in the lumber industry considered an asset.
