Le directeur spécialiste des ventes de produits jouera un rôle essentiel, il sera responsable de générer des revenus en vendant des produits et services, en élaborant des stratégies de vente pour les produits et services assignés et en comprenant les besoins du marché pour influencer directement le succès de la stratégie de croissance de notre client.

Le directeur spécialiste des ventes de produits est responsable de comprendre les priorités stratégiques et les besoins des clients pour les produits et services assignés afin de stimuler proactivement de nouvelles ventes et des opportunités de croissance.
Renforce les relations avec les clients existants en identifiant de manière proactive les opportunités de vente potentielles dans l'ensemble de l'organisation, positionnant notre client comme un partenaire stratégique.
Contribue au développement de nouveaux revenus de vente en identifiant de nouveaux prospects.
En tant qu'expert des produits et services de notre client assignés, formule des stratégies de vente gagnantes et conclut des contrats.
Maintient une vigilance sur les besoins du marché, les tendances et la concurrence pour informer la stratégie de vente et les plans de comptes de notre client
Maintient, développe et enrichit un pipeline solide avec des prévisions précises.

Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en vente B2B, de préférence dans les services financiers ou l'assurance
Un bilan de succès avéré dans les propositions de ventes gagnantes et le maintien de plans de comptes clients
Diplôme d'études collégiales ou diplôme universitaire de premier cycle dans une discipline connexe

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
Une personne ambitieuse et autonome, dotée d'excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec une personnalité engageante et une passion pour la vente
Compétence en systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) (comme Salesforce, HubSpot ou similaires)
Familiarité avec les flux de travail de vente, la génération de prospects et les étapes de transactions
Adaptabilité aux besoins commerciaux changeants et aux dynamiques du marché

The Director Product Sales Specialist will play an imperative role and will be responsible for driving revenue through selling products and services, developing sales strategies for assigned products and services, and understanding market needs, directly impacting the success of our client’s growth strategy.

The Director Product Sales Specialist is responsible for understanding the customer’s strategic priorities and needs for assigned products and services to proactively drive new sales and growth opportunities
Strengthens relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying potential sales opportunities across the organization, positioning our client as a strategic partner
Works with the Strategic Account Executive to identify product opportunities, and build an execute account plans
Contributes to the development of new sales revenues by identifying new prospects
As the subject matter expert for assigned our client’s products and services, formulate winning sales strategies and close deals
Maintains a keen awareness of market needs, trends, and competition to inform our client’s sales strategy and account plans
Maintains, develops and grows a robust pipeline, with accurate forecasting

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within Financial Services or Insurance
A proven track record of winning sales propositions, and maintaining client account plans
College diploma or undergraduate university degree in a related discipline

Proficient in both French and English (verbal and written)
The successful candidate must be an ambitious, self-motivated individual, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an engaging personality, along with a passion for sales
Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Familiarity with sales workflows, lead generation and deal stages
Adaptable to changing business needs and market dynamics
