**About the Role**:
We are looking for an innovative, and energetic product leader for our HR product line as Director of Product - HR with a proven track record in enterprise software product leadership and an AI-first mindset to join our product-led company. The Director of Product - HR will oversee Nakisa's HR product line including our workforce planning product portfolio, which we proudly launched to the market recently. This role is pivotal in executing the product strategy, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring innovation that meets the needs of enterprise customers. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), the Director of Product will lead a team of product managers, drive product discovery and delivery, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful SaaS solutions. As a key leadership role, this position requires a strategic thinker who is customer-focused, data-driven, and excels in leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy & Roadmap**
- Define and own the product roadmap for Nakisa's HR product line, driving alignment with the company's overall vision.
- Translate high-level strategies into a solid execution plan and deliverables.
**AI-First Mindset & Innovation**
- Champion an AI-first mindset across the product line, leveraging technologies like ChatGPT and advanced analytics to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Explore and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, improve decision-making, and create competitive differentiation.
- Advocate for responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical and privacy-compliant integrations in all products.
**Team Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to achieve their goals and align with Nakisa's strategic priorities.
- Establish and enhance product management processes to improve team performance, aligned with the product-led culture at Nakisa.
**Market & Customer Focus**
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in workforce planning and HR tech.
**Execution & Collaboration**
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
- Prioritize resources effectively to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
**Data-Driven Decision Making**
- Track and report product metrics, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and customer satisfaction goals.
- Use data analysis to inform product discovery and prioritization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software space in product or technology senior roles.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and continuous discovery.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges.
