Collaborative: thrives in a team environment, when producing on the field and supporting on the sideline.
The Business Development Managerisresponsible forall aspects of leadingtheCompany’smarketing and business development department. This includes developing annual sales goals inconsultationwith the Senior Leadership and the Ownership team. This will also include theCompany’ssocial media presence and building relationships within our desired target industry.
Collaborate with Construction Operations Manager on KPI reports and provide feedback to Senior Leadership.
Create annual sales and marketing plan in collaboration with Senior Leadership that support Company growth initiatives.
Attend community and networking events.
Reviews sales contracts and programs.
Collaborate with Senior Management on marketing strategies.
College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Public Relations, BusinessAdministration, a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.
