Manage Product Lines: Take responsibility for infection prevention and medical consumables.Drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and explore new customer opportunities.Offer tailored advice, training, and technical support to clients.Execute Sales Strategies: Define and deploy effective plans to meet sales goals, prospect new customers, and track field actions via CRM.Lead Key Projects: Work on public tenders, participate in healthcare events, and maintain competitive intelligence.
What We’re Looking ForIf you have over 5 years of sales experience, are proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of your work, you’ll be a great fit Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skillsA dynamic, positive, and results-driven attitudeExceptional customer service skills and leadership abilitiesAssets: Experience in healthcare, infection control, and medical sales, as well as bilingualism (French)
Competitive Salary: $ Based on experience + commissions & bonusesVehicle & Travel AllowanceBenefits: Medical, dental, 3 weeks vacation, and personal daysTech Support: Computer and cellphone provided
