About the Role

As a Partner Enablement Manager , you will play a crucial role in driving Tecsys’ success with strategic partnerships and alliances. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partner enablement programs that empower our partners to effectively promote, sell, and support our products or services. Your role will involve close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, knowledge transfer, and mutual success. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. 

Responsibilities: 


Performance Measurement: 

  • Define and track key performance metrics related to partner enablement, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. 
  • Continuously assess partner knowledge, engagement, and performance to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Manage and update the CRM for the partner team by running weekly reports on partner matrix activities. 

Training Delivery: 

  • Orchestrating training sessions, workshops, webinars, and seminars for partners, both remotely and on-site as needed. 
  • Creating and managing status of training initiatives, certifications, etc. and ensuring follow through with relevant partners throughout all stages of the process. 
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively position, sell, and support our offerings. 

Content Development: 

  • Create high-quality partner training materials, including presentations, guides, playbooks, and videos. 
  • Develop engaging and interactive training modules that cater to different partner roles and levels of expertise. 
  • Manage/communicate the marketing strategy for the partner portal, ensuring it has the most relevant information. 
  • Responsible for keeping the public website updated. 

Product and Industry Expertise: 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to partners. 
  • Stay updated on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that impact our business and partners. 

Relationship Building: 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partner contacts, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their enablement needs. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align partner enablement efforts with overall business strategies. 

Feedback Loop and Iteration: 

  • Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to refine and enhance partner enablement initiatives over time. 
  • Adapt strategies and content based on changing partner needs, market dynamics, and business goals. 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partner enablement, channel management, sales enablement, or a related role within the technology industry. 
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze the commercial value proposition. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and measure the impact of enablement programs. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners, internal teams, and executive leadership. 
  • In-depth knowledge of partner ecosystems, sales processes, and the dynamics of B2B partnerships. 
  • Proficiency in using enablement tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content creation software. 
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to partner enablement. 
  • Occasional travel may be required.
