Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Business Enablement Services team in select locations across Canada. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner in executing people initiatives for National Centres & Business Enablement Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement talent strategies and support HR processes like engagement initiatives, pay planning, and talent reviews
- Build relationships with leaders and support them in executing HR programs
- Develop and implement employee engagement plans based on qualitative data
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and collaborate with Centres of Excellence
- Address sensitive employee issues and assist with HR research, data analysis, and presentations
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Strong business insight with a proven ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
