About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Field Enablement to join our Global Merchant Services organization in Canada. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving merchant coverage, re-engagement, and field enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field enablement strategy to support merchant acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize field enablement projects aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Design and deliver training programs, tools, and resources to unlock merchant portfolio growth and optimize active locations in force.
  • Build and execute merchant re-engagement strategies and campaigns to optimize attrition, acquisition, and NPS metrics.
  • Partner with Global Product Teams to identify, construct, and deploy Canadian customer-facing capabilities and platforms.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing/project management experience with a proven track record of executing results-driven campaigns.
  • Superior relationship building skills to work effectively across multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Innovative thinking in improving processes and implementing solutions that appeal to merchants and internal business partners.
  • Proven ability to leverage analytical skills to present solutions and provide insights to partners and leadership teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
