This growing global organization, headquartered in Canada, is expanding its workforce. They are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their CEO in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, read on.

The Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in enabling the CEO’s effectiveness by managing key priorities, ensuring smooth communication between the CEO’s office and various stakeholders, and proactively organizing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and international travel logistics. This position requires superior organizational and multitasking skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, international travel, and meeting logistics; prioritizing inquiries and resolving conflicts to optimize time usage.
- Support the CEO with expense reporting, departmental meetings and agenda preparation and distribution.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Office of the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Represent the Office of the CEO professionally in all communications, including in-person, email, and Teams.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of administrative experience supporting executives in high-demand environments
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, expense reporting software, and other online tools
- A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Experience with scheduling in a corporate setting
