The Navadian CHALLENGE:

  • Coordinate and manage the service billing mailbox (200 to 300 emails per week)

  • Manage various platforms used for client billing

  • Issue credit notes to customers

  • Coordinate purchase orders for billing in collaboration with the customer

  • Coordinate purchase orders with dispatch department

  • Provides administrative support to the billing team.


Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent deadline and time management skills

  • Ability to effectively combine several responsibilities simultaneously

  • Ability to collaborate and maintain good relationships

  • Flexibility and adaptability.
