What will I be doing?
We are looking for someone who has experience providing show-stopping hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. The Day to Day:
- Unwavering dedication to providing The Bertossi Group’s incredible standard for hospitality
- Leading the Front of House team throughout service in the city's busiest restaurants
- Full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings in order assist guests with menu selections, including all modifications for dietary restrictions and allergens
- Impeccable table maintenance, accuracy on POS orders, and willingness to assist all staff with clearing, food running, etc.
- Ensures proper health and safety procedures are followed by all team members
- Safe & efficient completion of all side-duties, including opening & closing duties
- Other duties as assigned or required
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3-5 year’s experience managing in a full-service high volume restaurant
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ambition & desire to develop as a leader
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
